最近水泵外殼加工廠批量生產水(shui)泵外殼時，發(fa)(fa)現水(shui)泵外殼表(biao)面有些劃痕，不知道是什么原因造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)。經(jing)過分析，發(fa)(fa)現是刀具的(de)(de)(de)磨損導致的(de)(de)(de)。水(shui)泵外殼表(biao)面劃痕主要有兩(liang)個原因：

　　1、水(shui)泵外殼表面材(cai)料較軟，刀具磨損較快。

　　2、水泵外(wai)殼表面的硬度(du)較低，易產生劃痕。

　　針對上述兩個原因，可以采取以下(xia)措(cuo)施(shi)加以改善：

　　1、使用耐磨(mo)材料的(de)刀(dao)具(ju)。這樣可(ke)以減少刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)磨(mo)損，延長(chang)刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)使用壽命(ming)。

　　2、調節刀具的磨(mo)削(xue)參(can)數。通過調節刀具的磨(mo)削(xue)參(can)數，可以(yi)有效提高刀具的磨(mo)損耐久性。

　　如(ru)果以上措施仍無法改(gai)善(shan)水泵(beng)外殼(ke)表(biao)面劃痕的(de)現象，建(jian)議采(cai)用(yong)防止(zhi)刀(dao)具磨損的(de)措施。比如(ru)，可以采(cai)用(yong)隔離膜來防止(zhi)刀(dao)具與水泵(beng)外殼(ke)表(biao)面直接(jie)接(jie)觸(chu)。
